Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition with the original label intact.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Packages cannot be opened during delivery.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Exchange fees are 50 EGP, while refunds are free.

• To request an exchange or refund:

  • Contact us via: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or koda.eg0@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number and a photo of the received product.
  • Our working hours are 12 pm - 8 pm on weekdays, and all inquiries are answered within one working day.
  • Please use only one channel to avoid duplicated requests.
